Welcome to Wisconsin... Now Run Away
In an unbelievable case of 'life imitating art', Democrat Lawmakers in the Wisconsin Senate have 'Run Away' from a vote which would have forced Teachers' Union Members to begin paying SOME contribution towards their personal Health Care benefits.
According to published reports, the 'contribution' nets out to almost half of what Private Sector employees currently pay.
But I guess a FREE ride is better than an 'Almost FREE ride' to Teachers' Union Representatives?
Democratic lawmakers were last seen boarding a bus prior to the vote and haven't been seen since. Local law enforcement has been sent out to 'find' the wayward Democrats.
Don't worry though, schools are closed up there again today - it's not like they would have learned anything in the classroom anyway...
